The Christian Business Women's Fellowship is associated with CBMC International (www.cbmcint.org) and CBMC USA (http://www.cbmc.com/) in serving women business and professional leaders in the marketplace.

Christian Business Women's Fellowship is governed by an Advisory Council which consists of the following members:

Debbie Blank, Executive Director

Debbie Blank

Debbie Blank has dedicated her life to the Lord, her family, and the people in her community. She and her husband, Bob, were both born and raised in Omaha, NE. They have been married 37 years and have two grown sons, Bob, Jr. and Dan. They have been active members of Westside Church for 25 years.

Debbie and Bob have owned and operated several businesses including a national restaurant franchising company, local restaurants, a family amusement center, a building service company, and a national coffee franchise. They have worked in political and issue oriented campaigns in an effort to better their community.

Debbie has served in leadership roles on dozens of civic and ministry boards and committees, which has allowed her to build relationships with people and to acquire a keen understanding of non-profit organizations. She is a popular speaker and Bible teacher who motivates and inspires through inductive Bible studies, topical Bible studies through Metro Community College, conferences and retreats, and tours to the Holy Land. Debbie serves as the Director for Living Word Ministries (www.livingwordministry.org), a non-profit organization designed to share the truth of God's Word and encourage people in their spiritual growth and walk, and previously hosted a daily radio program.

Debbie graduated summa cum laude from Grace University in Omaha, NE with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Bible and in Business and Organizational Management. She is a Certified Bible teacher for Precept Ministries and for the Evangelical Training Association. She has received numerous awards for her accomplishments including the Salvation Army Evangeline Booth Award and Outstanding Young Woman of America.

Dena Crosby

Dena's relationship with Christ, her struggles through life's trials, her passion for people, and her desire to heal the broken, have been the passions that fuel her service to people. She is a licensed profession counselor in general practice with Great Oaks Counseling. Her focus is on therapy that heals with emphases on relationships, depression/anxiety, and eating disorders.

Dena has a B.S. in Bible and Human Development from Grace University and a M.S. in Community Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, graduating summa cum laude from both universities. Her many gifts include being a popular Bible teacher, speaker, and singer. She has served with Overcomer's in Christ, Desert Ministries, and Christian Business Women's Fellowship. Dena and her husband, Steve, have been married 26 years, have four grown sons and one grandson, and reside in Omaha, NE.

Ann Kelleher

Ann Kelleher

Ann Kelleher is a native Nebraskan who has resided in the Omaha area since 1976. She is founder and owner of Integrity Staffing, and has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and employment.

Ann currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau and is a past Board Chairperson. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Association of the Midlands, for which she co-chairs a committee. Ann is a member of the Rotary Club of Omaha, Toastmasters and the Greater Omaha Area Chamber of Commerce, for which she is a past Director. She is a founding member and advisor of the Christian Business Women's Fellowship. Ann is a volunteer for the Compassion in Action ministry.

Ann earned her B.S. in Sociology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and an M.S. in Urban Studies, with a Specialization in Gerontology, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Ann and her husband, Pete, have a grown daughter who lives in Washington D.C. with her husband and three sons.

Darcy Michalek

Darcy Michalek

Darcy Michalek was raised in the small Midwestern city of Valentine, Nebraska. She had the opportunity to travel to Soderhamn Sweden her senior year of high school as a foreign exchange student. She returned to Nebraska to attend and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Her business career has spanned sales, marketing, inventory control, overseas sourcing, and executive management. She has enjoyed living and traveling all over the world during her career and has now made her home in Omaha Nebraska.

Most recently,Darcy served as President and CEO of Wright & Wilhelmy Company, a hardware wholesale business, for nearly five years,. The company was recently sold and her new pursuits are underway.

Darcy and her husband, Michael Michalek, have been married for 19 years and have been blessed with three beautiful children, McKeil 15, Madeleine 14, and Monnie 9.

Bob Milligan

Bob Milligan

Bob Milligan has been a business executive for 27 years, serving since 1986 as Chairman and CEO of MI Industries, a processor of meat and animal proteins and producer of natural pet treats. MI Industries has facilities in the U.S.A. and exports its products to Canada, Japan, France, Italy, Germany, The Netherlands and China.

Bob serves as president of CBMC International. In her nearly three years as president, Bob has traveled throughout the world sharing the message of Jesus Christ and supporting the CBMC ministry in the marketplace. He has been involved in CBMC in various ways for a number of years. Among his involvement, he was a member of a cbmcForum in Lincoln, which is a group of executives who meet once a month for more than four hours to serve as a "Christian board of directors" for one another.

Bob has served in leadership roles with many civic and industrial organizations, and currently serves on the board of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as chairman of the People's City Mission Foundation. He and his wife, Cynthia, have been married for 36 years, have two sons and three daughters and reside in Lincoln, Nebraska.
