Leadership

Pam Korth

Growing up on a family farm in Scribner, Nebraska, I learned early the value of a good work ethic, the importance of community and the fulfillment of serving others. My parents and grandparents invested greatly in my siblings and my character development by instilling honesty, dependability and excellence.

Continual learning is a passion for me and upon graduating from Scribner High School I attended Creighton University for my bachelor’s degree in accounting and the University of Omaha for my MBA. I currently work with my husband, Randy Korth, as an advisor for Allen Capital Group. Randy and I believe in helping people pursue something beyond wealth. We want to help people pursue a larger calling and purpose, a life of contentment and a journey of significance.

Prior to joining MWA, I spent over 15 years in the financial recruiting industry, including owning an executive recruiting firm, Premier Recruiters. I am a Certified Public Accountant and worked as a tax professional with Deloitte, ConAgra and Union Pacific. I have a passion for marketplace ministry and enjoy volunteering and serving in the community.

Brittney Ryba

Creating communications and events to enrich women to grow in their faith and in community is a passion of mine. My love of writing and reading led to my work in marketing/public relations where I’ve had a variety of experiences in nonprofit work from encouraging higher education, advocating for people with intellectual disabilities, promoting the certification of Athletic Trainers and now sharing financial services through digital marketing at Metro Credit Union.

My involvement with CBWF includes assisting with social media and website content, as well as participating in a CBWF Forum and Coffee & Conversations events.

I am also a member of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), active on the PRSA Nebraska chapter board as Social Media Chair. As a child, my family was from South Dakota, but we moved frequently until arriving to Omaha where I’ve lived for almost 20 years.  I earned my undergraduate degree at UNOmaha and am blessed with a husband and two young daughters. We are members of Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church.
